  • All artwork for ads and signage must be received by Friday, January 19, 2018.
  • The Discounted Room Rate at the Hyatt ends Friday, January 26, 2018.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit Hall is also called the Regatta Pavilion. It is a permanent, heated weatherproof structure located at the west side of the property.

It includes drive-up access, for easy material delivery. Trucks will need a lift-gate, as there is no loading dock.

This map will be updated regularly. Please note that the final configuration may change slightly, due to the actual number of exhibitors being higher or lower than indicated on the map. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your choice, but cannot guarantee the exact final location.

Setup and Tear Down Schedule

Setup

Sponsors and Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall (Regatta Pavilion) from 5pm to 10pm on Wednesday, February 14. Please contact Reflex Trade Show Services to ensure that packages you shipped were received and will be delivered to your booth in time for setup.

Exhibit Hall Hours

To maximize attendee/exhibitor interface time, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and the networking reception will be held on the Sunset Terrace.

Thursday, February 15, 2018
7:00-5:30  Exhibit Hall is open for registration, meals, breaks, and exhibit booths
10:00 – 10:30 Morning Break
12:00 – 1:30  Lunch
3:00-3:30  Afternoon Break
5:30 – 7:00 Networking Reception

Friday, February 16, 2018
8:00-3:00  Exhibit Hall is open for registration, meals, breaks, and exhibit booths
10:00 – 10:30 Morning Break
12:00 – 1:30  Lunch
2:30-3:00  Afternoon Break
3:00 – Exhibit Hall Closed to attendees

Tear Down

Please do not begin to tear down until after the last break (at 3:00 pm) on Friday, February 16.

Early tear downs compromise the integrity of your company as well as the quality of the conference. Sponsors and Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibit Hall (Regatta Pavilion) until 8pm. Please schedule your shipping and drayage via Reflex Event Services accordingly.
